SOUNDS OF THE DOLOMITES 2019
28 June - 15 September
Great things are done when men and mountains meet. W. Blake
Dedicated to Paolo Manfrini, founder of the festival
Why not take a new route to your concert venue accompanied by Trentino Mountain Guides? It’s the safest way to walk, and at the same time you can listen to the voices and stories of people who really know this region well. The description of each concert includes information on the timing and level of difficulty of the proposed walk.
If you are a visitor to Trentino and have a Trentino Guest Card you can join the walks for free, subject to availability. You can book on the website’s dedicated page by scanning your Card’s QR code or using the “Trentino Guest Card” app. If you have any difficulty booking online, call the number you’ll find in the description of each concert under ‘Guided walk to the concert venue with Trentino Mountain Guides’.
Under the same heading for each event you can also find other ways of taking part in the walks for free, such as if you hold another discount card, or, in some cases, if you are staying overnight in the area covered by the tourist office hosting the concert. If you don’t have a card, don’t worry, you can still take part in the walk, but there will be a charge and it is also essential to book in advance by calling the number on each of the concert pages.

Some of the concerts in the programme this year also offer the option of taking part in a guided E-mountain bike ride, following in the tracks of MTB Leaders on the paths and forest tracks leading up to the natural stages where the festival concerts take place.
There is a charge to join the rides, which will take place with a minimum number of participants. Booking is obligatory and can be made by calling the number given in the descriptions of the concerts offering these excursions. You’ll also find brief information on the route’s length, vertical ascent/descent and level of difficulty. Find more information here!
