The Stauffer&EUYO Ensemble is an orchestral group formed by musicians from two entities, the Stauffer Academy and the European Union Youth Orchestra, who continue their fruitful collaboration – established a few years ago – also in the “I Suoni delle Dolomiti” event. In fact, on October 4th, the musicians from the two institutions will unite to perform Ludwig Van Beethoven’s Symphony No. 6 “Pastoral” and the Third Movement of Beethoven’s Quartet Op. 135 in the transcription for orchestra, conducted by the celebrated French maestro Jean-Christophe Spinosi.
The October 4th appointment concludes a journey outlined by two chamber ensembles, born, respectively, within the Stauffer Academy and the EUYO. On September 30th, it will be the turn of the Euyo Wind Quintet, a wind-only ensemble, and on October 2nd, the Thumòs Quartet can be heard.
