A revelation in French classical music in 2016, Lucienne Renaudin Vary is a young classical trumpeter—also admired in jazz, where she has formed a quartet—winner of numerous awards, including the Opus Klassik Award and the Leonard Bernstein Award.
She has released five albums with Warner Classics and regularly performs with major orchestras and at international festivals, with a repertoire ranging from Chopin to Dvořák, from Mozart to Haydn, and from Bernstein to Piazzolla. She also opened for Wynton Marsalis at the Jazz in Marciac festival in 2018 and 2022.
